All orders are shipped by Canada Post and are typically shipped between 1-2 business days after purchase date. Delivery typically takes between 3 – 13 business days after the order is shipped (depending on destination). All packages have a confirmation number that will be emailed to you from Paypal immediately after payment. If you do not receive this email please contact us at hungryhollow@heritagehollow.ca. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen you may or may not be provided with tracking information while in transit.

International Orders:

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.
